Terms & conditions
1. Payments made cannot be returned (no refund) and cannot be exchanged for other goods and services.
2. In the event of technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, the company's liability is limited to the return of the money paid.
3. Studio pictures will be posted after 6 working weeks according to the session.
4. Any change of location is beyond the control of the company's management and is subject to IPGM regulations.
5. Photo frames will not be posted please claim at the photo SZ counter (BACC) before 3 JULY 2025.
6. An additional charge of RM25 will be imposed for family more than 9 members (max 12)
7. Studio photo shoot system is first come, first serve after making full payment.
8. Errors in the conforment procedure are the responsibility of the graduate. Please obey the instructions given by the officials during the convocation.
9. All photos of IPGM graduates, whether on stage or in the studio that have been taken in the service of the sz photo company will be kept and owned by the company, and will also be used as a reference or promotional sample (such as in flyers, online marketing, display board, and others) are also used, in our premises and when the distribution starts in IPGM for the period on the date of taking the robe, convocation day and photo sale time.
