Saya mengesahkan bahawa semua maklumat yang telah saya masukkan di atas adalah benar dan mematuhi (setuju) pada terma & syarat di bawah serta akan bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya sekiranya ada maklumat yang tidak benar .

I hereby confirm that all the information I have given above is absolutely true and comply (agree) with the terms & conditions below . I will be fully responsible if any information is incorrect.

TERMA & SYARAT

1. Pembayaran yang dibuat tidak boleh dikembalikan ( No Refund ) dan tidak boleh ditukar dengan barang dan perkhidmatan lain. 

     Payments made cannot be returned (No Refund) and cannot be exchanged for other goods and services.  

2. Sekiranya berlaku kegagalan teknikal atau keadaan yang tidak dijangka, liabiliti syarikat hanya terhad kepada pemulangan wang yang dibayar sahaja. 

     In the event of technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, the company's liability is limited to the return of the money paid.

3. Gambar Pentas akan diposkan selepas   4 minggu bekerja MENGIKUT SIDANG . 

     Stage photo will be posted after 6 working weeks ACCORDING TO THE SESSION (part by part).

5. Sebarang perubahan tempat adalah di luar kawalan pengurusan syarikat dan ianya Tertakluk di bawah peraturan UTP. 

     Any change of venue is beyond the control of the company's management and will be subject to UTP regulations.

6. Bingkai gambar tidak akan di poskan. Sila tuntut di kaunter gambar yang telah disediakan di UTP sebelum 29 Oktober 2024 . 

     Frames will not be posted. Please claim at the Foto SZ counter at UTP before 29 October  2024.

7. Sila pamerkan bukti pembelian di onpay  untuk tujuan tuntutan bingkai di kaunter. 

     Please show proof of purchase (Receipt onpay) for frame claim purposes at the counter.

8. Simpan  slip turun dari pentas sebagai rujukan. 

     Keep the slip (graduands will receive after descend from the stage) for your reference.

9. Semua gambar graduan UTP samada di pentas ataupun di studio yang telah diambil dalam perkhidmatan pihak Syarikat Foto SZ, akan menjadi simpanan & hak milik syarikat, juga akan digunakan sebagai tujuan rujukan atau sample promosi (seperti di dalam flyers, pemasaran atas talian, display board dan lain-lain) juga digunakan di dalam premis kami dan ketika pengedaran bermula di dalam UTP untuk tempoh pada tarikh pengambilan jubah, hari konvokesyen dan waktu penjualan gambar. 

     All photos of UTP graduates on stage & studio that have been taken in the service of the Foto SZ Company will be kept and owned by the rigths of company, and will also be used as reference or promotional samples (such as in flyers, online marketing, display boards, etc.) will be used in our premises and during the time of distribution starts in UTP for the period on the date of taking the robe, the day of convocation and the time of sale of the photos.

10.  Kesilapan tatacara penganugerahan adalah tanggungjawab graduan. sila patuhi arahan yang telah di berikan oleh pegawai semasa berlangsungnya konvokesyen. 

     Errors during awarding procedure will  be claimed as the responsibility of the graduate. please obey or be dutiful to the instructions given by the officials during the convocation.
